The location was fantastic. The sea view from my room was just fine! breakfast was a treat, a delicious start to each day. the friendly staff always helped me. I had a special request, and they took care of it immediately!
the hallway carpets are a bit worn in some spots.

the hotel's location is amazing. i had a room with a wonderful sea view and it was so quiet. the parking was very convenient for me. i was very happy with the breakfast menu that had a good choice.
the room servicing was only every three days, i think it could be more frequent.

the hotel is superbly located. the surroundings are lovely and transport links are close by. everything you need is available nearby, shops and restaurants.

I thought the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there were many options on offer, including vegetarian choices. the dining area was clean and well kept. the staff were attentive. They provided excellent service during each meal.

The hotel had a great location right across from the beach. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and some were helpful. the room was very clean and well furnished. I found the bed comfortable.
The fan in my room was noisy on all speed settings. It's not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

the hotel features a lift to upper floors and offers good food all day. there is a mixture of self service and table service during breakfast, and evening meals accommodate vegetarians and vegans.

The staff were lovely, very helpful, and informative on local events and things to do. breakfast service starts early at 7am. This is perfect sailing to the isles of scilly.

the staff were really good! i felt very welcome in the restaurant. the food was tasty, and the waiting staff provided excellent service.
The hotel seems a bit run down. the peeling paint outside my room was not a great first impression:/. the net curtain was frayed. It was a distraction, and the hem was down too.
